The National Center for Community Rehabilitation signed a partnership agreement with Mercy Corps in the temporary employment program for graduates within the physiotherapy and community-based rehabilitation program

A number of 13 physiotherapists were employed and trained under the supervision of the National Center for Community Rehabilitation in Gaza, for four months

And later there will be employment for physiotherapists and rehabilitation workers in Khan Younis.

It is worth mentioning that 22-4-2013 is the first day of training for the graduates, where they are trained on the concepts of disability and the rights of the disabled, and the training will be over four consecutive days to address the concepts of disability and the basics of physiotherapy and mechanisms of conducting visits and diagnosis. Success cases of NCCR were previewed.

The training was conducted by Dr. Wael Abu Rizk, director of the home care program in the National Center with cooperation of Ms. Heba Zaqqout Mercy Corps program coordinator
